CiCi’s First Swimming Lesson

I’ve always wanted CiCi to learn swimming, because I myself never learned as a child β€” I only picked it up at university. But for a child, swimming is an essential life skill. And I think swimming is like running: the time spent in the water, and the feeling after a swim, both bring a wonderful experience. The timing turned out just right: kindergarten had graduated, and first grade hadn’t started yet. On a Saturday we visited three swimming pools, and finally chose the one closest to home, signing up for a fairly priced 24-lesson course.
